i dont like this place
I rent from Enterprise regularly. Their prices and services are excellent, but one of the main reasons I continue to deal with them is their people. They are always courteous, and friendly. They even speak to me when I run into one of them at Walmart. When I go to rent a vehicle, we spend almost as much time talking about the plights of our respective favorite NFL teams as we do checking out the cars. Many other places offer good deals on rentals, but I have encountered NONE whose people are as good as those at Enterprise.
I have been renting a car for months and feel the weekly rental is way to high, even when I do use my points each free day cost no less then 500 points....thats not great. The cars are ok I guess. The service has been fair.
Friendly, professional staff. Car was a bit small for "standard" but I drive a SUV so it may be hard for me to judge. We drove from VA to FL without any problems.
Been trying for 5 days to get a car and when we called today the lady on the phone said they have a car for us in Tappahannck. We get there and they know nothing about it! What is up with people not doing there jobs properly?
