Shay who is the manager there gave exceptional service. She has a great personality and is so very friendly. She can do anyones hair. She is very experienced at doing hair of all nationalities. Im 110% satisfied and would recommend her to anyone. I have been going to her for 4 years and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.
That staff that I interacted with personally was friendly without being bothersome. You expect the floor in a hair salon to be a bit dirty. What you don't expect is for there to be dye, product, hair, and dirt clumped on to everything below elbow height once you step behind the check in counter. I'm not talking stains, but actual clumps and chunks of filth. As there were multiple staff members simply sitting and talking, there is absolutely no reason that this could not have been addressed. The stylist at the next station talked loudly on the phone the entire time I was there, despite the fact that she was with a client. I had to ask for my hair to be washed. I had to tell her that the cut was uneven by more than half an inch. I had to ask for my hair to be dried. I had to ask to see the back of my hair. I thanked the girl for trying, because she had actually tried, and came home to fix it myself. I don't know if she was unable to duplicate the simple cut in the photo due to a lack of experience, or a lack of talent, but this was an altogether disappointing experience that cost me $25.
Love it there! Always ask for Salenia, she's wonderful! I find they are on the pricey side, which accounted for 4 out of 5 stars, but well worth it!
Great service from great people! Ashley did a great job! I highly recommend her, and the other ladies working there to anyone looking for a good haircut!
